Bio : Rudolph Giuliani, born in 1944, was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Manhattan College before graduating from New York University Law School in 1968. During the 1970’s & 80’s, he worked as a U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and served as the associate attorney general for a short part of that time. He first ran for mayor of New York City in 1989, losing a close election. He ran again for the mayor’s job in 1993 winning a close race, and then won reelection four years later. He was named Time magazine’s man of the year in 2001. He is currently working as a lawyer and consultant. He has been married three times (currently married to Judith Nathan) and has two children and one step child.
